Job Opening: Employment and Labor Associate (2-5 years of experience)

Hopkins & Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood Shores and downtown San Jose, has an immediate opening for a junior-level associate, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and/or employment law.  When we return to working in the office, the position will be in our San Jose office, with some remote work opportunities available.  Candidates must have an interest in both employment law counseling and employment litigation.  The practice at Hopkins & Carley advises and represents clients in all sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, transportation, agriculture and the public sector.  We seek candidates that display motivation, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and strong academic credentials.  Interested candidates must be a current member of the California State Bar in good standing.  Please send cover letter and resume to:  AttorneyRecruiting@hopkinscarley.com.
