Andrea Stewart is a member of the Litigation Department, joining Hopkins & Carley in 1996. Andrea is involved in all aspects of commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, preparation of discovery, and trial preparation. Her primary focus is on creditors' rights, construction, intellectual property, real estate litigation and general commercial litigation.
Andrea has successfully completed the LexisNexis Paralegal Certificate of Mastery program, which is comprised of coursework in the areas of Initial Case Analysis, Cite Checking, Drafting Legal Documents, Public Records, Company & Financial Research using the LexisNexis online services.
Andrea holds an ABA certified paralegal degree and an associate's degree from DeAnza College.
