Judith Karunanayake is a member of the Trademark Practice Group in Hopkins & Carley’s San Jose office. Judith has been working in the field of Intellectual Property law since 2008, having started her career as an attorney in New Zealand. Judith has experience managing large international trademark portfolios, brand protection and enforcement.
Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Judith worked in-house at Tailored Brands, Inc., the parent company of The Men’s Wearhouse Inc. She also worked at New Zealand’s largest Intellectual Property law firm, AJ Park, where she advised clients on trademark matters both in New Zealand and Australia. During this time she completed her Masters of Law (LLM) in Intellectual Property at The University of Melbourne Law School (Australia).
