Job Opening: Capital Markets/Securities Attorney

Hopkins and Carley, a full service law firm with offices in Redwood Shores and San Jose, has an immediate opening for a Capital Markets/Securities Attorney. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years work experience, representing companies in a wide range of securities and capital markets matters, including formation and financing activities, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions; and representing institutional and individual investors, including investment banks, private equity, or venture capital firms, in financings and private placements of equity and debt securities. Public company representation, SEC reporting and compliance experience preferred. The candidate will need to cover both offices and will have the choice of being located in either our San Jose or Redwood City office.
