Job Opening: Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney

Hopkins & Carley has a long-standing reputation as one of the premier trust and estate litigation law firms in Northern California, and has an immediate opening for a junior associate to join a growing practice.  The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years litigation experience; Trust & Estate litigation experience is not required for this position, but is a plus.  Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong legal analysis and excellent writing skills.  A desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required.  Deposition and court appearance experience is preferred, but not required.  Candidates must be a current member of the State of California in good standing.  This position can be situated in either our downtown San Jose or Redwood Shores offices.  Please send cover letter and resume to:  AttorneyRecruiting@hopkinscarley.com.
