Corporate Paralegal

Hopkins & Carley, a dynamic and well-established law firm with offices in downtown San Jose and Redwood Shores, has an immediate opening for a full-time Corporate Paralegal in its San Jose office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years related experience and possess strong project management skills and should be flexible, organized, possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to function at a professional level assuming significant responsibilities.  Experience in corporate formations, private placements, stock option plan administration, mergers/acquisition transactions and the ability to draft corporate documentation are additional requirements. California and Delaware corporation law desirable.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and competency in Microsoft Excel is a must. A Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certificate required.
